I woke up to find my boiler had stopped working. It was 0° outside and as the temperature inside my house was rapidly falling, I started calling every repair service in the areas – including one with which I had a ‘service contract’. I was frustrated talking to answering services and recorders until I called Flader Plumbing. I’d never used them but had seen their red truck in the neighborhood. Although it was 2AM, Doug Flader answered the phone and committed to being at my house in about an hour and a half. He arrived as promised, diagnosed the problem, and identified the obscure part that needed replacement. Amazingly, he had it on his truck! He had my boiler fully functioning in a matter of minutes. This kind of service is rare and hard to find these days.
